New tattoo questions?

I just recently got a tattoo (yesterday, in fact). I took a shower today, and after I got out and patted my tattoo dry, I added lotion. When I was sitting around for awhile after adding the lotion, I noticed some "ooze" or "plasma" on the tattoo. I go to blot it off and some of the ink gets onto the material with which I was blotting.. Is this normal, or is it a problem for the tattoo?
