Is is possible for a lender to pursue a foreclosure without the original deed?

Our home slipped into foreclosure in 2008. At first, the bank was gun ho on foreclosing and actually had 2 sales scheduled, both of which they dropped for some reasons. Then, they stopped trying to foreclosure shortly after we received a Motion stating that they could not produce the original mortgage note. Since 2009. its been back and forth with paperwork about different loan modification programs, none of which has worked as of yet. We are still "working on it with the lender". It just seems to us that when they couldn't produce the original deed, they sort of realized that their only hope in obtaiing any mortgage payments was to get a modification by their company in the works so they could have original mortgage paperwork for themselves. Makes sense to us - how about you? If they can't work a deal with us for the modification and they still can't produce the original deed, what will happen? We can't afford legal services and are looking for anyone that has seen this scenario or been in something similar or is in the legal field and can offer some insight. Thank you so much! You'll need a built block at the minimum engine wise. A built 2.5 liter would be better with a turbo that size and then you'll need to make some modifications to the heads so they mate properly. You will also need a built transmission or a 6 speed swap because there is no way your tranny will last long with that kind of torque. Then you need injectors, fuel pump, bigger intercooler, intake, turbo back exhaust, engine management and a good tuner. Must be nice to have $15,000 to $20,000 laying around

Ok, first off I'm 15. My parents are letting me do this acting thing over the summer. It involves me staying out until 2am but I'm in good care and for the performances my father has to be there anyway. I usually don't have anything outside of school so this would be a great thing for me to look forward to and motivate me to do well in school. So that pretty much concludes my argument. My nose always has ALOT of grease on it. Up to a couple months ago, it would actually get dry, and I wouldn't describe it as greasy at all. Now, Right after I get out of the shower, it's shiny. As a way to try and combat the grease and try to dry my nose somewhat, I put rubbing alcohol on it in the morning and before I go to bed. I just don't understand, the rest of my skin is very dry and I need to moisturize twice a day. Can someone help with this problem? Recurrent acute pancreatitis, please help!!!!!?

MY daughter will be two years old soon. She has had seven cases of acute pancreatitis. SInce her last episode she has had more sensitivity to food and her poop has never been normal. It is always stinky, greasy, bright green, or pale yellow-gray, and is always fairly loose. We have not had her tested yet for chronic pancreatitis and I've done some research on my own, but I can't seem to come up with clear cut answers as to whether or not her pancreas has sustained damage. Also I asked a doctor what her prognosis is and he completely skirted by the issue. I can handle the truth and I need some answers if you have them or websites that I can visit to find out more. How long will she likely live if she has already progressed to chronic pancreatitis before the age of 2? Fyi, the reasons for her condition are two genetic mutations of her CFTR that are BOTH linked to pancreatitis. I feel like this may be a losing battle but I am trying as hard as I can with diet modifications to prevent any more problems. One last thing I would like to know is if there are any really good websites on what not to eat and what to eat when suffering from chronic pancreatitis. I just recently realized that the fortified orange juice I was giving her was not good because of how acidic it is. Yes you will need to relocate the wiper transmission, then re-size the link arm that runs it. It may take a little bit of fabrication to get it done, but i do think you will be able to. Examine the stroke of the wiper motor and pick a position for the wiper trans, then cut the transfer link to the length you need. Make sure the wiper motor comes to the rest stop so it wont keep re-cycling. It wont be able to find the stop position if you do not somehow change the transfer to linear back and forth. The motor is set up for rotary drive and will keep cycling it if does not sense the wiper arm as stopped against the rest.

New tattoo questions?

I just recently got a tattoo (yesterday, in fact). I took a shower today, and after I got out and patted my tattoo dry, I added lotion. When I was sitting around for awhile after adding the lotion, I noticed some "ooze" or "plasma" on the tattoo. I go to blot it off and some of the ink gets onto the material with which I was blotting.. Is this normal, or is it a problem for the tattoo?

This is definatly a possiblity! They're may also be shops around town to gte them hemmed up or even properly fitted. I do not think if you bought these chaps they would get loose, this type of material does not usually stretch. I think you'd be safe. I buy the cheap blotting papers from rite aid/ target- they're like $4... There's one by the brand Clean and Clear, but I find that there is no difference between the brand name blotting paper and the storebrand ones. They all work the same. I also like bare minerals mineral veil- it's powder that doesn't make you cakey.. It's special blotting powder to absorb oiliness, not add to cakiness of makeup. Hope this helps have funn!

My child is only 10 months old and just started receiving court ordered child support from his father (Like last week was the first payment after waiting on a response from him since November). I have been offered a part time position at t-mobile but I am a bit skeptical since everyone is saying that it has been bought out by at&t. If I would accept would I be laid off because of this? I do not know what to do because best buy also offered me a seasonal position closer to home but at t-mobile because of commission I am sure that I will make more money. What could be causing my overly vivid dreams the past few nights?

It seems that for the past week I haven't been getting the restful sleep I used to be getting, though part of this is due to a slight modification of what time I was waking up over the weekend. 9 out of 10 times I will drink my Irish whiskey with soda water. Ginger ale is nice when I feel like splurging on my sugar intake. It's also what my Irish father in law drinks. In your opinion when is it ok to use drugs on horses?

I totally agree. Drugs should only be used if it is absolutely necessary for things like dental work, shoeing and trimming, and things that will cause harm to the horse or person if not drugged. Some people use drugs to calm the horse when there is a buyer. I think that is totally wrong! Trainers and owners should properly train their horses in the first place to get rid of unwanted behaviors, or they should twitch them in certain cases. The saddest and most necessary situation is when the animal is in pain from an injury that cannot be healed. I think that is one of the most necessary of them all considering it with help the animal to have some peace.

Does my mom have leukemia?

or any kind of cancer? I'm like a hypochondriac so I'm always worried about these sort of things...but my mom has spots on her head like blot clots, which I first noticed 2-3 months ago. She said it was nothing, so I tried not to think about it. Then a week ago, she complained like her side or hips or joint were hurting, but then it disappeared. Then two days ago, her nose started bleeding out of no where. She has some sort of visual problem (I think they're called floaters), which started four months ago. I saw a random bruise on her leg like 2 weeks ago...and finally she has a fever and she's sweating a lot today...perhaps because it's hot...but I'm worried. She's been looking really weak lately too. My mom works night shifts and she doesn't get much sleep sometimes. I looked up Leukemia symptoms the other day and it pretty much said what I've listed above. I just don't want to label things and I know the right thing to do is go to the doctor about it. But how can I suggest it? What if I'm just overreacting?

I have been offered a part time position at t-mobile but I am a bit skeptical since everyone is saying that it has been bought out by at&t. If I would accept would I be laid off because of this? I do not know what to do because best buy also offered me a seasonal position closer to home but at t-mobile because of commission I am sure that I will make more money. If I take the best buy job I will be missing out on the commission but saving on transportation costs and if I take the t-mobile I will be earning commission but don't know if I will have the job a year from now. Best buy is a 50% chance that I will be moved to permanent because it is depending if there are any open positions and my performance. Any advice would be appreciated.

Can this be a false positive result?

Hi there. Today, I received a letter from planned parenthood telling me that I had tested positive for my herpes test. I am devastated right now but am skeptical too. I was tested by Quest Diagnostics for both HSV-1 and HSV-2 (IGG) and both came out negative about 5 weeks ago and I was tested by our city's health department about three weeks ago and that result came out negative as well. My blood sample was taken about two weeks ago, about a week or so after my last negative test. And on top of that, both of my partners are negative with the first being tested for everything three weeks before we had oral sex (and didn't see anyone else between the results and me) and the second just got recently tested and she came out negative too (which is odd considering I am supposedly positive, wouldn't she be too?) I am really depressed at the moment and have been reading alot of info on the internet that deals with false positive test results and result errors with planned parenthood. Apparently, they don't use western blots which is the most efficient protocol to use for detecting HSV. Can someone tell me what might be going on? And why the hell PP decided to mail home a letter saying Im positive as opposed to calling me or even telling me to come in?

Just recently, I have gotten the letter from my school about my scholarship pertaining to this year's academic performance. I go to a public school in the state of MD. I have received this scholarship since beginning of my freshman year and this would be my last year. This is the Dean Scholarship which is 3k a year for four years. They just sent a letter that my GPA has been revoked and discontinued. But I can send a letter of appeal by JULY 15TH 2011. They require form of documentation to justify that why I did not maintain it. I moved off campus this year which was different for me and I was sick during the last semester. But I did not go to the doctor for documentations. The only time I did go was when my fever went down by alot but I was still feeling sick, but it was not hot enough to stay of the university health services. What can be convincing to support me in order to get my schlorship back? This means alot to me since, it is a big amount of money. I did poorly in school and that is why re-taking some classes at a community college to re-learn the material. The school required a GPA of 3.0, and my GPA is at 2.8 right now. It seems so close yet not close enough. I also need a grade change because one of my professor lost my exam and she is willing to change my grade from a C to a B. I believe two of my professors can write me a written letter that I have done well in their class and tell them I am a good standing student. I dropped this class because I came to this class late in the semester and I kept going for extra help, but during spring break, I got sick again and there was no way for me to catch up. She know that I have been coming to class every time. Should I ask her, is that a legitimate documentation? Oily skin question???

Is it possible for your skin to become extremely oily due to a lack of moisture? I use neutrogena acne wash and it makes my skin very dry. I was wondering if it is possible that my skin is oily in response to being dried out. My skin is so oily that I have to blot within 2 hours of washing my face. I read that your skin is only oily because it needs to be, is that true?

I am having black, sticky stool?

I know this sounds disgusting, but I'm really looking for advice here, it's not to joke around or be gross. Two weeks ago I started on some new anti-depressant/anxiety medications, that I am now taking with my old anti-depressant. I am on 100 mg of Seroquel, 20 mg of Lexepro, and 150 mg of Trazodone (which I was on before). Three days ago I had thin, black stool and blood clots in the toilet, as well as some bright red blood. I don't think I tore anything because I didn't feel any pain, just abdominal cramping and general discomfort and nausea (which I regularly have). I am not on my period, I ended that two weeks ago, and the blood I am 100% sure was not from there. I'm 16, and I'm not in school right now, otherwise I would ask the nurse at the school. The first time there was so much blood that the water was fogged up to the point where it was very hard to see through. The bright red blood is not as dominant when I go now though, but there are still clots and blots of it. My stool is black and it's very uncomfortable to go to the bathroom because (this is gross) when I try to the stool works out about four inches but just sticks there unless I get toilet paper and pull it off. I have a very healthy diet and I am also on medication for stomach ulcers. My parents are out of state for a wedding, I have called them and talked to them about this but their return flight is three days from now. I have a permit but not a license, meaning I can't legally drive myself to the hospital to get it checked out. Please, any advice you can give me on how to deal with this would be helpful. I don't know if it is caused by my new medication or not, but I would hate to stop taking that now as it's just starting to work.

Do i need to exfoliate if i have acne?

I have bad acne myself... i don't use make up because it only makes matters worse... especially because it clogs your pores... which causes more back up in your skin.... but yes you should exfoliate.. but only about once a week if that... maybe once every other week. being to harsh on your skin can cause your oils to become excessive... trying to make up for the over dryness. But i would try a gentle scrub... and use lots of moisturizer... its the best thing for your skin. I use neutrogena.. and i love it... i tried everything.. proactive skin ID and like clinique and a bunch of crap nothing really works .. it does for a little then my face is back to normal. I would try the sonic wave... and use the regular cleaning pads daily.. (if your face gets to dry then every other day) then ad a scrub directly to the pad for your exfoliation..,. i would try it... that's what i do... and it seems to be working well.... i also use the topical gel epiduo .. but its that thing like " blame biology" but ask your Dr. about it... that's where i got mine... i got worse before i showed signs of getting better... hope this helps!

I've read online about several home made remedies for dog urine odors in carpet. My bedroom smells! I have 2 shih tzus. Most remedies say use a white vinegar/water mixture and soak it into a "stain". Then blot it up with rags. I want to do the whole room, not a "spot". Then a 2nd step involving hydrogen peroxide and dish soap. I have a Bissel carpet cleaning machine I bought for about $150 that holds about 1 to 1 1/2 gallons of cleaner/water. I've tried many types of solutions from walmart, still smells. Does anyone know a way to use the above products to mix up gallons of fluid to do a whole room with a carpet extractor/shampooer? Or, can I dump a bunch of vinegar/water mixture on the carpet and use the empty extractor to suck it up? Will using the tank empty on the carpet machine ruin it, or will it just fill itself with the white vinegar/water/dirty pee odors? If you have another idea(s) or recipes please write! Thanks.

Confused and Worried..Please Help!?

Why are there spots of pee all over the carpet?

I have an 8 month old, neutered, male Rottweiler mix. He has been house trained, and has been doing well for 2-3 months. He recently started barking and growling at noises, us getting home, single people approaching after dusk (even if he's met them before), etc. He also has peed in the house the last two days, something we trained him on and has been doing so well with. I walk around barefoot and have also been noticing wet spots on the carpet in every room in the house, no bigger than if I filled my water glass a little too full and carried it to the bedroom. Upon closer examination and some paper towel blots I have discovered it is indeed pee. Ive read the similar postings, but would like as much advice/info anyone can give after reading my specific situation. Is it just a puppy phase? Should I be worried? How can I fix it? What's a great moisturizer with spf for combination/oily skin?

I have used different kinds of moisturizers from drugstore to department store brands but none of them seem to work. Most moisturizers that I found in the market that control shine have salicylic acid which I am allergic to (my face is very sensitive but not prone to break outs). I also have to carry my oil blotting sheet and face powder in my purse everywhere I go just so I can control the shine on my face. At the end of the day my face ends up really oily that it's embarrassing me. Help!

I don't think you're supposed to mix different cleansers when washing your face. If you completely strip your face of the oil, it sends even /more/ oil to your face so your skin doesn't dry out. If this isn't the problem though, I personally use oil sheets. I believe they're from Neutrogena. You just dab them on your face and you can see the oil that was absorbed. They work very well. Why isn't the wax come off?

I've been using warm wax with paper strips for months with no probs, but all of a sudden the wax has become extremely difficult to remove- remaining on the skin after I have removed the strip. I then have to use a blotting method to get it off which takes a layer of skin with it- not good!! It has happened on several clients and when using it on myself. You can also get a towel, soak it in hot water, and cover your face with it. Just make sure it's not hot enough to burn your skin. Then, do whatever treatment you want to do. After the treatment/strip/mask- Rinse your face with COLD WATER, then close your pores with either 1.salicylic Acid, or 2. Benzoyl Peroxide/acne medication 3. Sulfur ( I use de la cruz 10% but it is very drying) 4. Tea Tree oil (I'm going to be trying this one soon) to kill the bacteria that causes them in the first place.
