What's this song called?

I've only heard the live version on yahoo music. I can't remember the lyrics, but the words the she says during the performance are "I want a man that makes as much as me, or spends less than I do" and "maybe if you're republican, don't apply". It's a country song by a girl. It almost sounds like Shania Twain, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I'm not certain that it's her though.
