Filed pro se for modification. ex has an attorney?

I filed pro se for balance not paid on my sons orthodontics. Ex has an attorney she phoned me and stated i was in contempt for ind. Visiation guidelines for half of summer. We have been divorced for 9yrs and have never followed this guideline. He has had no contact w my son for one yr and told him "im done w u have a nice life" he is 15. Help crying for days...they tried to get emergency transfer of custody...because i phoned police for jeff not bringing lynn home for 1week he told her to get in car and i said no grabbed her arm and told her to get in the house. Wow. While im in class and rec call w my son in histarics ex is a police officer and kicked mybsons legs out from under him and packed his clothes wet in a garbage bag and made him walk to entrance for me to pick up. He has used pressure pts on my son. And im the one who is the bad pRent. Since my son has had no contact he is on academic honor roll while my daughter had 5fs and 3 cs. She would say i have a project to do ...really...
