Google Copyright Question Please Read Until The End 10 Points Best Answer?

I am making an android application. To do so i will partially use photos from Google. I make sure that all photos are licensed as available for commercial reuse with modification. What scares me is that someone can see one of the photos that i use someday is theirs (higher likelihood, not only for applications) and just change the copyright status online so that they can claim a violation of their automatic copyright as a photographer, artist, or compositor. Can this happen? If it can am i just being paranoid?
