Is the Aprilia RS4 125 too bad and the Honda/Kawasaki CBR250R/Ninja 250R Better than it?

I want to buy my 1st bike, Someone on Yahoo! Answers (Firecracker) advised me not to buy a 600cc bike, So which one of those 3 Bikes are the best in Performance, Speed, Technology, etc.??
