Is this an okay 10 gallon stocking?

I'm planning on setting up a 10 gallon tank, heavily planted. Will this be an alright stocking: 1 male betta and 4-6 kuhli loaches(possibly some other kind of bottom dweller, but these are cool looking). Also, do you have any reccomondations on plants or filters or just any modifications to my current idea?
