What modification should I add to my glock 19 pistol. ?

Save the money and buy more ammo and practice at a range. A glock with every improvement you can dream of is not going to help if you cannot hold the gun well and shoot it with good technique. Things like nicer sights aren't going to automatically make your target jump in front of your gun. It takes practice.
