My High School Diploma?

So when you go to a performance arts high school do you still get a regular high school diploma? I have great grades, i'm a year ahead, and i'm going into the IB program but i love performance arts and i want finish up my high school years at a performance arts school. What'll happen? will i get into a good college? i still have to take two years of history and two years of english just to complete my uc requirements.
